A bottle of 2 Towns Ciderhouse Releases 2015 Vintage of La Mûre. 2 Towns sets the standard for sour cider with La Mûre’s fine carbonation achieved through bottle conditioning, a light phenolic character, a good astringency and dry finish. Aged in Willamette Valley Pinot Noir barrels for one year, this unique cider is then removed from these barrels and bottle conditioned, revealing complex aromatics and a lactic tang that only time can unfold.Ī nose of rich berries and subtle hints of barrel character, coupled with flavors of blackberry blossom and a signature lactic tang, make up the profile of La Mûre.
